Salary: £31,000pa

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to join our team in Powys. As a Registered Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading our DCA Office and managing the day-to-day running of the service(s). You will work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments
  • Recruit and induct new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions and appraisals
  • Manage the service's P&L
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CIW registered manager or in a care management role
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CIW registration
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviours
