Care Manager Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Powys. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage the service's P&L, including budgeting and financial planning
- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors
- Previous experience as a CIW registered manager or in a care management role
- Willingness and ability to undertake CIW registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors
