About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cwrt Cae Felin supported living service in Welshpool. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities and engage in social activities
  • Teach new life skills and promote independence
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to provide a high-quality service
