About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in our Extra Care Scheme in Welshpool.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users, supporting them to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, managing incontinence, supporting with medication, and helping with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.

What We Offer

Requirements

You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
