Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Powys. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, developing and implementing person-centered support plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments and recruiting and inducting new colleagues.
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits, as well as attending multi-disciplinary meetings and completing quarterly audits and reports.
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Lead a team to ensure people gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CIW registered manager or in a care management role.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CIW registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors.
