Job Description

Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Powys. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, developing and implementing person-centered support plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals
  • Complete medication competencies and medication audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and complete quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met
  • Lead a team to ensure people gain more independence in their daily lives and have positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CIW registered manager or in a care management role
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CIW registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behaviors
