About the Role:

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will be part of a team that focuses on assessments under the Social Services and Wellbeing Act 2014 and WARRN risk assessment formulations to provide quality services aimed at keeping people well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments of need under the social services and wellbeing act 2014

  • Complete organisational practice documents and electronic recording requirements
  • Promote community inclusion and participation
  • Operate in a strengths-based, person-centered, and values-based approach
  • Be prepared to develop your skills and engage in training and development to maximize your existing skills
