Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated care support specialists to work within a newly established assisted living facility. You will be an integral part of a team committed to providing exceptional care to individuals who are living independently in a single location, eliminating the need for travel between appointments.

Your Responsibilities
You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by following personalized care plans. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, including bathing and dressing.
  • Supporting individuals with mobility and incontinence management.
  • Administering medication as per care plans.
  • Helping with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications
No prior experience in social care is required for this position. We value your empathy and commitment to care above all. Resilience and a willingness to acquire new skills are essential as you collaborate with a supportive team.
