The Smart Energy Code Company Ltd is seeking a dedicated Strategic Initiatives Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of smart metering frameworks.

Smart metering is crucial for achieving a sustainable energy system, and your expertise will ensure that the Smart Energy Code (SEC) remains relevant and effective. As a key player in the energy sector, SECCo is instrumental in helping consumers optimize their energy usage and lower their costs while promoting efficient energy system operations.

The Strategic Initiatives Manager will be responsible for:

  • In-depth Analysis: Conducting comprehensive evaluations of policy, regulatory, and market dynamics to develop a cohesive strategy for smart metering.
  • Strategy Development: Leading the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives that significantly impact the energy sector.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders in the smart metering and digital data domains to foster collaboration and drive strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of the GB energy sector, including energy policies, regulations, and the decarbonization agenda.
  • Proven experience in senior-level strategy development and planning, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
