Our client, an undisclosed organization, is in search of a Strategic Initiatives Manager to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing the commercial strategy for a diverse range of product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting thorough market, competitor, and customer analysis.
  2. Performing data evaluation and developing business models, including sophisticated financial projections.
  3. Formulating and synthesizing options for commercial strategies and action plans.
  4. Leading go-to-market initiatives.
  5. Building commercial capabilities to boost revenue streams.
  6. Overseeing sales activities from inception to execution.
  7. Establishing, monitoring, and driving commercial performance indicators.
  8. Identifying and removing obstacles to growth.
  9. Effectively presenting findings and strategies to stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Experience in top-tier strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles (4+ years).
  2. Background in commercial roles within a rapidly growing startup environment (2+ years).
  3. Strong capability to operate independently while engaging with senior stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive strategy projects.
  5. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
  6. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
