Project Manager

Legal & General Affordable Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives that will shape the future of housing for our business, partners, and customers. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in managing the successful delivery of medium/large projects (change initiatives) and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring accurate estimates of cost, time, and resource requirements.
- Support the Project Sponsor in identifying strategic objectives and developing project scope.
- Plan and control finances and budgets for change initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Lead discovery and design workshops to drive successful project execution.
- Identify and manage resources needed for change initiatives from internal and/or external providers.
- Develop and apply quality management and governance structures to ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for delivery of change initiative activities.
- Report on progress to relevant project boards and governance forums, aligning with organisational best practice.
- Previous experience of delivering medium/large, strategic projects.
- Ability to manage concurrent projects successfully from inception to closure.
- Understanding of Project & Change Management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, and PROSCI ADKAR.
- Experience working with technology platforms, particularly Salesforce, within a business change context.
- Desirable experience in the Affordable Housing/Housing Management sector.
- Engaging style and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the business.
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
