Career Opportunity: Vice President, Strategic Initiatives & Planning

This position will be based out of our organization.

Position Summary: The VP, Strategic Initiatives and Planning plays a critical role in guiding the strategic direction of the organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing our rolling six-quarter business plan, ensuring it aligns with our long-term objectives.
  • Oversee the rolling six-quarter business plan, adapting to market trends and performance.
  • Partner with departments such as Finance, HR, and the Project Management Office to drive success and accountability.
Experience: 7-10 years in strategic planning, business development, or organizational effectiveness, ideally in financial services. Expertise in OKR development, strategic execution, and change management. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
