About the Role

Jupiter Asset Management is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Strategy & Transformation department. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering strategic change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Change Programme: Oversee the effective implementation and execution of our ongoing Change programme, ensuring that projects and initiatives meet business objectives and deliver value for money.
  • Develop and Define the Change Portfolio: Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to develop and define our pipeline and portfolio of Change initiatives, determining the scope and scale of potential projects and engaging in prioritization and planning discussions.
  • Manage and Report on Projects: Develop, manage, and report on project-level and portfolio-level financials, including assessing historic and projected forward-looking spend versus approved budgets.
  • Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and provide guidance and leadership to all resources working across the Change portfolio, including project managers, business analysts, contractors, consultants, and external agencies.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: 10+ years of experience in delivering change in an investment business context, with a proven track record of delivering strategic change and improvement programs to achieve defined objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Asset Management industry, client trends, competitor landscape, regulatory and operational frameworks.
  • Leadership and Influencing Skills: Proven record of influencing and relationship-building skills at a senior level, with a high level of structure and organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments under tight deadlines.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experienced in using various systems, applications, and software.
