Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives

Are you an ambitious professional with extensive experience in overseeing intricate projects and programs for international organizations? If so, AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Senior Manager to enhance our EMEA operations.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bolstering the AWS EMEA sales division by spearheading executive engagement strategies aimed at optimizing interactions between senior AWS executives and key clientele. Your duties will encompass the design and implementation of innovative executive engagement programs, orchestrating executive meetings, refining meeting request procedures, and establishing reporting frameworks to illustrate the effectiveness of executive engagement efforts.

To excel in this position, you must demonstrate outstanding communication capabilities, a profound comprehension of business results, and a commitment to process innovation. You will serve as a reliable collaborator for executive engagements, supporting our leadership, sales, and executive briefing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Over 5 years of experience leading significant initiatives within global enterprises
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs
  • Background in marketing, sales, and collaboration with executive clients in a tech-focused setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing, executing, and scaling cross-departmental programs
  • Proficient in engaging with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while balancing competing priorities
  • Skilled in utilizing data and metrics to assess impact and identify enhancements
  • Experience in presenting metrics and progress updates to senior management
