Position Overview
The Strategic Projects team at AVOMIND utilizes the foremost platform for professional learning and expertise to provide comprehensive solutions for intricate business challenges. We merge the execution precision and problem-solving capabilities of top-tier management consultants with the profound insights of leading industry professionals to form tailored client engagement teams. These teams leverage our organizational capabilities and receive support from an internal team focused on thought partnership, quality oversight, and scope management. Our distinctive approach ensures streamlined yet customizable project support, delivering in-depth actionable insights to address client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of client project scoping, development, and closure, managing projects from inception to completion while collaborating closely with engagement teams and clients to ensure exceptional service and deliverables.
  • Enhance and expand the Strategic Projects business through collaboration across various Business Units.
  • Engage with a diverse range of functional responsibilities, including product development, capital allocation, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor junior colleagues to foster their professional growth.
  • Regularly interact with senior management and the broader organization, building strong relationships with clients in the Corporate sector.
  • Report directly to the Director of Integrated Insights for Tech & Growth, benefiting from a close mentoring environment aimed at rapid professional development.
  • Lead internal and external business development initiatives, contributing to the growth of the Tech & Growth segment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven success in collaborative team environments.
  • Commitment to integrity and professionalism in all endeavors.
  • Track record of successfully pitching projects and securing new business.
  • Natural curiosity, proactive attitude, and comfort in navigating matrixed organizations and ambiguity.
  • Creative thinker focused on growth opportunities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability and initiative to take on increasing responsibilities over time.
  • Full business proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
