About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team at Legal & General Resources Limited. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering strategic initiatives that will shape the future of our business, our partners, and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Define and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring accurate estimates of cost, time, and resource requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support the Project Sponsor with the identification of strategic objectives and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control finances and budgets for change initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead discovery and design workshops to drive successful execution of projects and foster excellent team spirit.
  • Resource Management: Identify and manage resources needed for change initiatives from internal and/or external providers.
  • Quality Management: Develop and apply quality management and governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities for delivery of change initiative activities.
  • Reporting and Governance: Report on progress to relevant project boards and governance forums, aligning with organizational best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience of delivering medium/large, strategic projects.
  • Skills: Ability to manage concurrent projects successfully from inception to closure, understanding of Project & Change Management methodologies, and experience working with technology platforms.
  • Education: Strong logical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional communication, relationship building, and management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
