Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist
Location: Lancashire

Work Schedule: 3 days over 7, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist will:
- Oversee a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and high-quality care to service users.
- Manage the performance of clinical staff in accordance with organizational policies, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate active participation of service users and their families in care planning and review processes.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all departments, both internal and external to Brainkind.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess:
- NMC Registration as a Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Completion of accredited mentor training or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.

- Expertise in best practices for the relevant client group.

The role involves:

- Promoting high standards of care in line with established guidelines and organizational policies.
