Position Overview

As a Lead Radiography Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency within our Medical Division. This position requires a proactive and innovative individual who is committed to delivering high-quality radiographic services.

You will primarily operate from our main site, with the flexibility to provide support across various locations as necessary. This role involves collaboration with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Under the supervision of the Divisional Nurse Director, you will be responsible for providing managerial and professional guidance to nursing teams, facilitating the seamless operation of clinical services, and ensuring compliance with national performance standards. Your ability to make informed decisions and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team will be essential in implementing effective nursing strategies in line with established policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as Lead Radiography Specialist, you will engage closely with clinical leaders and managers to focus on patient safety, experience, and quality assurance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating a compassionate approach to patient care while ensuring operational demands are met.
  • Providing strong leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering an environment that promotes professional development and excellence in care.
  • Ensuring that all clinical services are adequately resourced and organized to meet patient needs effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant Professional Registration
