About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and data management services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record supplier and client payments accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and other bespoke IT systems
  • Support management in providing accurate data and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via written and verbal communication
  • Investigate discrepancies and anomalies in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in an administration/coordination role with data management responsibilities
  • Broad range of IT skills, including Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • NVQ level 2 qualification in Administration or equivalent experience

What We Offer

  • 2-week office-based training course
  • Hybrid-based working model with 1-2 days in the office and remaining remote work
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) on a temporary contract for 2 months
  • Potential for contract extension and permanent role
  • Competitive pay rate of £15.86 PAYE, paid weekly

Clearance Requirements

This role requires BPSS clearance, which will be carried out by the client.
