Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's diary, preparing meeting papers, and providing administrative assistance as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's diary, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled and coordinated efficiently.
  • Prepare meeting papers, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 4 GCSE Grades A-C including English and Maths.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience of working in a supporting role, preferably in a senior leadership team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
