Role Overview

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support our Group Functions. The primary objective of this position is to assist the PMO management team in the development, execution, and integration of governance frameworks and processes for designated projects and changes. This includes overseeing financial processes such as monitoring and reporting on project expenditures and investment approvals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulating methodologies, artifacts, controls, and processes to facilitate effective PMO management.
  • Assisting in the creation of monthly reporting packages and representing the team in stakeholder review meetings as necessary.
  • Collaborating with embedded PMOs to verify and scrutinize underlying data, ensuring that discrepancies and conflicts are identified and addressed in accordance with company standards.
  • Supporting the assessment and management of financial resources.
  • Engaging closely with stakeholders on resource allocation and demand management to ensure optimal utilization of resources, minimizing underuse and unnecessary costs.
  • Establishing and enhancing best practices for Management Information (MI) collection across portfolios and conducting proactive data source checks, including PPM, resource, and financial data.
  • Leading initiatives for process enhancements and cost-saving measures to encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who possess:
  • Essential experience in a PMO environment.
  • Familiarity with financial and analytical tasks, with the ability to contextualize financial data to support project viability within the portfolio.
  • Experience working within an embedded PMO structure.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build effective working relationships with team members, client departments, and external partners.
  • A proactive approach to reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing to the development of new and improved processes to foster continuous improvement.
