We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at Legal & General.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Service Owner in delivering infrastructure services, focusing on cost management, resource demand management, strategy, and planning, as well as governance oversight of the Lifecycle Management portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Service Owner and other colleagues to deliver functions and services with a measurable impact on the effectiveness of the tower, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, working closely with the wider Group Tech PMO, and supporting any audit requirements.
- Manage financial aspects, including budget planning, tracking costs, managing forecasts with relevant spend owners, resolving queries with Finance and suppliers, and raising purchase orders and other financial administration.
- Provide high-quality regular and ad-hoc reporting, coordinating inputs, data analysis, and validation, including challenging inconsistencies, and developing new reporting to meet new needs.
- Offer additional support to the Service Owner as required, such as demand planning, recruitment and vacancy management, data analysis, taking minutes, and delegating for meetings.
- Previous experience as a PMO Analyst.
- Good knowledge of project management processes, governance, and controls, tools, performance measurement, and metrics.
- An in-depth understanding of financial processes, including tracking and management.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across various seniority levels.
- Experience with Power BI / Keyedin (PPM tool) would be a significant advantage.
