This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative Discovery & Automation function at Legal & General, a leading financial services organisation. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering quality analysis, automation, and transformation services to our internal customers and global external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business analysis techniques to drive process improvement and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Lead and set activities/workload for other Business Analysts within a project
  • Contribute to the development of business process models and requirements
Requirements:
  • Extensive understanding of business analysis techniques, including enterprise analysis, business process modelling, and requirements management
  • Experience working in a continuous improvement environment
  • Ability to lead and set activities/workload for other Business Analysts
  • BCS Business Analysis certifications, including the BCS International Business Analysis Diploma, are desirable
