This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative Discovery & Automation function at Legal & General, a leading financial services organisation. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering quality analysis, automation, and transformation services to our internal customers and global external partners.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Business Analysis techniques, including Enterprise Analysis, Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, Requirements Analysis, Elicitation, Requirements Management & Communication, and Solution Assessment & Validation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality analysis, automation, and transformation services to internal customers and global external partners
  • Work collaboratively with global external partners and suppliers to deliver projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and project proposals to support business growth and transformation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality services

Requirements
  • Extensive understanding of Business Analysis techniques
  • Experience working in a continuous improvement environment
  • Ability to lead and set activities/workload for other Business Analysts within a project
  • BCS Business Analysis certifications, including the BCS International Business Analysis Diploma, are desirable
