Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst to join our team at Legal & General.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Owner in delivering functions and services that have a measurable impact on the effectiveness of the organization, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and work alongside the wider Group Tech PMO to support audit requirements.
  • Manage financial aspects including budget planning, tracking costs, managing forecasts with relevant spend owners, resolving queries with Finance and suppliers, and raising purchase orders.
  • Provide high-quality reporting and coordinate inputs, data analysis, and validation, developing new reporting to meet new needs.
  • Offer additional support to the Service Owner as required, including demand planning, recruitment, data analysis, taking minutes, and delegating for meetings.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a PMO Analyst.
  • Good knowledge of project management processes, governance, and controls, tools, performance measurement, and metrics.
  • In-depth understanding of financial processes, including tracking and management.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across various seniority levels.
  • Experience with Power BI / Keyedin (PPM tool) is a plus.
