Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and documenting requirements and user narratives from various stakeholders.
  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and exploratory sessions to gather insights.
  • Utilizing research and analytical data to substantiate user narratives and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Assisting in the identification of EPICs and User Stories while managing the prioritization of product backlogs.
  • Coordinating communication and ensuring alignment among stakeholders across diverse business sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a change facilitator or involvement in transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with network communication principles and data analysis techniques.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
