About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst to join our team at LegalAndGeneral. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Owner for our infrastructure services, ensuring the effective management of costs, and providing resource demand management, strategy, and planning, and oversight of the governance of the Lifecycle Management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Work with the Service Owner and other colleagues to deliver functions and services with a measurable impact on the effectiveness of the tower and ensure alignment to strategic objectives.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to governance standards, working alongside the wider Group Tech PMO, and supporting any audit requirements.
  • Financial Management: Manage budget planning, track costs, manage forecasts with the relevant spend owners, resolve queries with Finance and our suppliers, and raise purchase orders and other financial admin.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide high-quality regular and ad-hoc reporting, coordinating inputs, data analysis, and validation (including challenging inconsistencies) and developing new reporting to meet new needs.
  • Additional Support: Provide additional support to the Service Owner as required (e.g., demand planning, recruitment and vacancy management, data analysis, taking minutes, delegating for meetings).
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a PMO Analyst is essential.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of project management processes, governance, and controls, tools, performance measurement, and metrics.
  • Financial Acumen: An in-depth understanding of financial processes, including tracking and management.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with colleagues across various seniority levels.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Power BI / Keyedin (PPM tool) would be a huge plus.
