About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Analyst to join our team at Legal & General. As a Business Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our stakeholders in decision-making processes by developing and implementing medium to long-term capacity plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain capacity models to support business planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and insights to inform capacity planning
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to obtain buy-in and support
- Track and maintain data accuracy across Planning, Finance, and HR
Requirements:
- Previous experience in capacity planning and analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working at a senior level
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical knowledge of data analysis and capacity planning tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
