About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our innovative Discovery & Automation function at Legal & General. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality analysis, automation, and transformation services to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business analysis techniques, including enterprise analysis, business process modelling, and requirements management.
  • Collaborate with global external partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Lead and set activities/workload for other Business Analysts within a project.
  • Contribute to the development of business process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive understanding of business analysis techniques, including enterprise analysis, business process modelling, and requirements management.
  • Experience working in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Ability to lead and set activities/workload for other Business Analysts within a project.
  • BCS Business Analysis certifications, including the BCS International Business Analysis Diploma, are desirable.
