About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Avantor. As a key member of our clinical trials projects, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical budget and related pricing strategy services to execute clinical trials or ancillary services agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of international accounts to ensure excellent service delivery and generate repeat business.
  • Coordinate customer activities to ensure equipment and services are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clear and meaningful customer reporting to ensure alignment of customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to resolve customer complaints and escalations.
  • Identify opportunities to increase business by offering new services or products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, or a related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or account management role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale customer projects and their operational requirements.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work and collaborate with senior leadership across various functions.
