Aquatrac UK Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Booking Coordinator/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business, ensuring the smooth operation of our booking and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases

• Coordinating and booking services and installations

• Liaising with trade and retail clients to provide excellent customer service

• Organizing accommodation for our engineering team

• Invoicing and managing financial transactions using QuickBooks

• Sending out service reminders and marketing materials

• Assisting in the transfer of paper records to our digital software

• Packaging and posting parts as required

• Performing various administrative tasks to support the business

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Previous experience in an administrative or office setting

• Previous experience with QuickBooks and CRM software is desirable

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
