Job Summary

Taylor Hawkes Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and procurement department, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of stock around the world, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Freight and Logistics Management: Coordinate with freight companies, customers, and suppliers to ensure the smooth movement of stock.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock held in multiple locations, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely receipt of inbound goods.
  • Purchase Order Management: Manage customer purchase orders, sending sales order confirmations and producing delivery notes.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Review and produce import and export documentation to ensure customs compliance, and maintain internal ERP systems.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly reporting on customer consumption and other key metrics.

Requirements

  • Logistics and Supply Chain Experience: Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of international trade and customs regulations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
  • Cultural Fit: A personable and proactive individual who is happy to work in a small office environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
