About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Update customer information on our database and maintain accurate records
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as sending quotations and pricing updates
- Take payments from customers and confirm delivery dates
- Provide administrative support to the wider sales team
- Liaise with internal and external teams to resolve queries and issues
Requirements
- Previous sales administration experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong telephone manner
- Organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Excel and other administrative software
- Confident and professional communication skills
