About the Role

Office Angels is excited to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team. As a Sales Administrator, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the company's success and be an integral part of their sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Process sales orders and quotations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Update customer details on the database and maintain accurate records
  • Deal with customer complaints and escalations in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service
  • Send quotations and pricing updates to customers and take payments as required
  • Confirm delivery dates with clients and liaise with carriers to ensure smooth logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and other departments as needed
  • Liaise with various in-house and warehouse teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Produce price lists and resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

  • Previous sales administration experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong telephone manner
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficient in Excel and other administrative software
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
