Trainee Estate Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Estate Agent to join our team at People By People. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced agents in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in communicating with clients and applicants via phone and in person
  • Chase leads and maintain contact with clients and applicants
  • Book and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Perform basic administrative tasks
  • Generate and book valuations
Requirements:
  • Sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Positive, organized, and reliable

We offer a competitive salary guarantee of up to £2000+ per month for the first 6 months, with an OTE of up to £35,000+. Our generous commission structure includes a basic salary of £14,000-£16,000. We also offer a 5-day working week, with a day off during the week and no Sundays.
