Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a leading specialist estate agency recruitment service, we are committed to providing exceptional recruitment solutions to the residential estate agency property sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our directors to achieve branch targets and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring they achieve the results they expect.
  • Contribute to a team environment, working collaboratively to drive sales and lettings success.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of GBP12,000, with realistic on-target earnings of GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 in year one.
  • An initial 4-month salary guarantee of GBP2,300 per month, providing stability and security during the commission-building period.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for progression and promotion.
