About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to achieve their goals and objectives in the residential property market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve client goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
  • Strong sales background and experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
What We Offer
  • Initial 4-month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month
  • Basic salary of £12,000 per year
  • Realistic on-target earnings of £25,000 to £30,000 per year
