We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a leading specialist estate agency recruitment service, we provide a unique opportunity for individuals to excel in their careers.

About the Role
  • As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for working closely with our directors to achieve branch targets and objectives.
  • You will be part of a dynamic team, working independently with minimal interference to ensure client satisfaction and results.
  • With a strong sales background, you will be able to build a sales pipeline and achieve realistic on-target earnings of £25,000 to £30,000 in year one.
What We Offer
  • An initial 4-month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month, providing a stable income while you build your sales pipeline.
  • A basic salary of £12,000, with opportunities for progression and promotion within the company.
