About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating sales and lettings agreements with clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate sales and lettings agreements with clients, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
  • Work closely with the Directors to achieve branch targets and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, ensuring you are always knowledgeable and competitive.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of £12,000.
  • A 4-month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month.
  • Realistic on-target earnings of £25,000 to £30,000 in year 1.
