Aquatrac UK Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Booking Coordinator/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business, ensuring the smooth operation of our booking and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing bookings and scheduling services and installations

• Maintaining accurate records and databases

• Coordinating with trade and retail clients

• Organizing accommodation for engineering teams

• Invoicing and financial management using QuickBooks

• Sending out service reminders and marketing materials

• Assisting with delivery receiving and stock management

• Transferring paper records to digital software

• Packaging and posting parts as needed

• Performing various administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills

• Proficiency in using office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Previous experience in an administrative or office setting

• Previous experience with QuickBooks and CRM software is desired

• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
