Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate bookings for services and installations across the UK and EU
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring seamless system maintenance and data entry
• Liaise with trade and retail clients to provide excellent customer service and support
• Organize accommodation for our engineering team as needed
• Process invoices and payments using QuickBooks
• Send out service reminders and marketing materials to clients
• Assist with delivery receiving and stock management
• Support the transfer of paper records to our digital software
• Package and post parts as required
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
• Proficiency in using office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Previous experience in an administrative or office setting
• Previous experience with QuickBooks and CRM software is desired
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
