Bookings Coordinator/administrator

Job Summary:
We are a leading manufacturer of automatic Swimming Pool safety covers with an excellent reputation exceeding 30 years.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Answering of the phone and handling enquires**
- **Record keeping and system maintenance**
- **Booking of services and installation (UK based with some EU locations)**
- **Liaison with trade and retail clients**
- **Organising Accommodation for engineering team**
- **Invoicing using QuickBooks for service and install visits.**
- **Sending out service reminders and other marketing materials**
- **Assisting in delivery receiving and miscellaneous stock processes**
- **Assisting in the transfer of paper records to our new digital software**
- **Packaging up and posting parts when needed.**
- **Various administrative tasks**
- **Excellent Phone etiquette and communication skills**
- **Proficient in using office including word, Excel and Outlook**
- **Strong Organizational Skills with a keen attention to detail**
- **Previous experience in an administrative or office setting**
- **Previous experience with QuickBooks desired**
- **Previous experience with a CRM Software desired**
- **Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently**
- **Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively**
- **Strong problem-solving skill and ability to work under pressure**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
