An exciting opportunity has arisen within Education Learning and Development, working in their Digital Education Team, for the post of Digital Training Project Administrative Coordinator. This new role will support the implementation and management of two new education and learning based platforms within the Trust and wider NHS system.

The successful applicant will join a dynamic and motivated team and will be working with clinical and non-clinical colleagues from across the organisation and the wider Mid and South Essex NHS system. They will be responsible for the administrative functions of two distinct learning platforms and support colleagues involved in the process of creating virtual reality training content.

This new role will require full time hours, however both part time and full time applicants will be considered. The post is for a one year fixed term contract, and can be offered as a secondment to existing staff.

What is Staff Bank?

Our EPUT NHS staff bank is an entity managed by the trust that hires clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to take on shifts at our trust hospitals and community settings. Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.

ROLE SUMMARY

Provide efficient and effective coordination and administration of two new learning platforms and offer administrative support with learning content creation. The role jointly serves the Mid and South Essex (MSE) system digital training project and an EPUT CPD related education project.

**The role will include**:

- Managing the administration of the new MSE System Virtual Reality digital training platform
- Managing the administration of a newly available online CPD education platform within EPUT
- Communication with learners across EPUT and the MSE system
- Main contact for learners and staff
- Produce various reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis from the platforms
- Administration of digital equipment portfolio

Help support the organisation of scenario filming sessions (content creation)
