Full Time, Hybrid working 3 days in the office

We are a fintech company based in Wickford in Essex seeking an energetic Digital Marketing Executive to drive leads to our in house sales team,

You will have the opportunity to develop and create marketing campaigns from scratch through multiple channels and across the globe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise marketing campaigns by comprehensively understanding the customer journey
- Create digital campaigns, from search to display, leveraging assistance from 3rd party agencies and freelancers
- Optimise campaigns though A/B testing and continuous improvement by implementing a feedback loop with the sales team
- Support senior management to drive marketing efficiency, delivering against daily and weekly KPIs whilst aligning across the overall marketing ambition.
- Creation and continual optimisation of all sales collateral production and promotional material
- Researching competitors and reporting lessons learned
- Production of newsletters for out various target audiences
- Assist with website updates ensuring it is up to date and positively reflects on our products and is an ever increasing source of new business leads
- Build and maintain processes, procedures and outputs within the marketing strategy
- Continually deliver, improve and understand best in class campaign execution. Test and learn to capture early competitive advantage and ensure robust hypotheses deliver insightful results. Supporting in the delivery of insight and execution pre and post campaigns / activity.

**Essential Skills**:

- Creative flair, out of the box thinking, and striving for continual enhancement across all lead generation activities
- Analytical thinking, good knowledge of excel, word, powerpoint
- Experience of driving processes driven meeting deadlines and solution-driven.
- Sound knowledge of the latest developments within digital marketing and customers.
- Ability to design, implement, operate and refine processes
- Strong problem solving ability to address new situations and efficiently handle any incidents which may arise
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable in exploring opportunities to develop these into new projects.
- Experience of understanding customers, tone of voice and ability to drive performance whilst protecting brand values.
- Experience of reviewing numbers and turning insights into actionable plans.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
