**Mortgage Administrator**

A high performing independent Mortgage Brokerage is expanding their operation and they require an additional Mortgage Administrator to join their flourishing team, in order to support this exciting period of company growth. The successful applicant willcover the administration of several Mortgage Brokers.

**Mortgage Administrator - Skills Required**:

- Previous Mortgage Administration experience is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Superior organisational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and reliable
- High level of attention to detail

**Mortgage Administrator - Duties**:
**Complete general PA tasks**:

- Managing several brokers diaries
- Booking in appointments / meetings (venues where necessary)
- Dealing with some inbound calls
- Data entry

**Mortgage Administrator**:

- Building client profiles within the CRM
- Completing and submitting decision in principles
- Chasing lenders, providers, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties to ensure each case completes as swiftly and smoothly as possible
- Ensuring the broker submissions are compliant

**Mortgage Administrator - The Package**:

- £25,000 Basic Salary
- £28,000 On Target Earnings from bonus opportunities
- Potential to work from home one, possibly two days per week
