We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Access Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling fundraising roadshows, AGMs, and conferences for one of the world's leading financial services firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule fundraising roadshows, AGMs, and conferences
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and correspondence
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful event execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event planning and execution
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
