We are seeking an experienced Corporate Access Coordinator to join our Client Product Solutions team. This role will involve coordinating and scheduling fundraising roadshows, AGMs, conferences, and limited partner meetings across deal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule fundraising roadshows, AGMs, conferences, and limited partner meetings
- Manage complex diaries and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate high volumes of meetings and events
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
- PA skills and experience in project coordination
- Experience in coordinating roadshows in the investment world
- Expertise in complex diary management, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale events
