Client Services Coordinator

Portico Corporate Reception Management is seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to enhance our team within a prestigious legal environment.
This dynamic role encompasses welcoming guests on the hospitality floors and managing various concierge desks throughout the premises.
The Client Services Coordinator will handle the switchboard operations, coordinate room bookings, arrange transportation, and respond to internal service inquiries while offering general support.
Working Hours: 40 Hours
Salary: £29,316
The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, along with meticulous attention to detail. This role is perfect for those eager to broaden their expertise and experience.
Prior experience in customer service is essential, ideally within a corporate context or a similar capacity.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are crucial, enabling effective interaction with colleagues and clients across all levels.
Experience in switchboard operations and managing meeting room reservations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Audio Visual services is a plus.
