We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Language Matters. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Team by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process client information to set up new accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in the banking sector
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team and Investment Advisors to manage daily workload
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for clients

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in Client Service, Customer Service, or related field in the financial sector
  • Degree in finance, banking, or economics
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
