Client Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our dynamic legal training team as a Client Services Coordinator.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our training events, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the administration of training events and courses
- Liaising with clients to confirm the details of in-house training sessions
- Coordinating with trainers to ensure they have the necessary documentation and venue (or virtual platform) details
- Troubleshooting issues with virtual platforms when necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of computer literacy, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced English written and oral skills
- Experience within the training or events sector
